The Better Planet Guide

What if we were to place our responsibilities as planetary citizens above those as national citizens? What would be expected of us, how much of our lives would be different? What does it take to be a good citizen on Planet Earth?

When discussing issues of Climate Change and sustainability, there are huge numbers of avenues for discussion. The topic is massive and essentially impossible to tackle as a whole. So, lets not try. (Our manifesto outlines our approach in a slightly more emotional tone.)

The Good Citizen Guide

We have limited our discussion to one area, "How can we best reduce our negative impact on our planet?". Furthermore, we have created three possible categories for our responses:

• Activist - Take action to make the government bring about change. Lobby for new laws or changes in old ones.
• Business - Change business. Work with ecomnomic forces to bring about change.
• Neutral - Fix yourself and leave the rest, or just leave it. Things will manage themselves.

If this project works, we may look to expand things. For now however, we're staying focussed to get the most out of our time.
